2. Carefully drop 3-5 drops of fragrance oil on the cotton balls. (the more drops the stronger the smell. Be careful to not soak the whole ball in oil.)
3. Wipe any other surfaces as soon as possible if you
accidentally drop oil.4. Hang up and enjoy
5. Repeat steps to keep the smell strong.
