Where do you ship from?
We ship from the Central Coast, Australia. All orders are packed and dispatched with care from our location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping price is calculated at the end of checkout, depending on the weight.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard Australian shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-21 business days. Express options are available for Australian orders at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear must have hygiene stickers intact and tried on over underwear.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods incl. American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us ASAP. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched
We make every effort to process, pack, and dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2 PM. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
